Hot cakes

I am pleased to have established a few really good local outlets for my crochet creations, and am now in a position where I need to replace some items that have been sold in order to replenish their stock. So what is selling well?

First and foremost are Bertie baby blankets:

Followed by a Ripple blanket:

The Circles cushion cover:

A fold-away bag:

And last but not least some jellyfish!

It is all rather small scale (and intentionally so) but it is lovely to know that there are people out there who appreciate my work, and nice to feel that my crochet has a purpose.

No wonder they’re popular – they’re all wonderful! I only sell sewn items as I would have to sell my crochet things at a profit of about 50p per hour to price them at an amount people are willing to pay!

Really well done. I was thinking about doing the same. I have enough crochet in the house(well enough for my husband) but still feel to need to crochet every night!

Not cheeky at all. The ripple blankets are 56 x 77cm, and the Bertie blankets are 54 x 71cm.
The ripple blankets use 6 x 50g balls of Sirdar Simply recycled acrylic/cotton dk (discontinued!)
and the Bertie blankets use 8 x 50g of Rico baby classic dk.
      Hope this helps….
